Usually 4, but it all depends on the size of the
children and the type of inflatable that they are in. |

Are the inflatables clean?
Yes Very! We take pride in cleaning and sanitizing our
inflatables after each use. As we clean them we
also do a safety check so that it goes to the next
customer in the finest condition. |

What if it rains?
We do not let our inflatables out in the rain or high
winds. If your location is muddy we will need to
find somewhere else to set it up. Safety is our
main concern. Due to weather that is beyond our
control your event may be cancelled. You then will
be called at least 2 hours in advance. You will
also receive a FULL refund of your deposit. |

Can we set the inflatable up
indoors?
Yes. We can set it up as long as you have an area
to accommodate the height of the inflatable. |

How do I make a reservation?
You can make your reservation in one of three ways:
- Fill in our on-line reservation form
- Call us at 763-478-8100
- Print our on-line reservation form, then fax it to
763-478-0184.
We will mail or e-mail you with a rental agreement
and the amount you need for a deposit. Your
reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your
deposit and signed rental agreement.

Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver anywhere in the Twin Cities area. |

Can you set it up in my
driveway?
Yes. We really prefer to set up on a grassy area,
because it is easier to secure the inflatable. We will
not set it up on a gravel driveway. |

My yard slopes; Is that O.K.?
Yes. A little slope is not a problem. We usually put the
entrance of the inflatable at the top of the slope. The
safety of the children is the most important thing to
consider when selecting the area. |

Do we need electricity?
Yes. We will bring a 100 ft extension cord with us. You
will need an outlet near the set up area. The blower
needs to run constantly. |

What time do you deliver and
pick up the inflatable?
Rental times vary. The typical range is from 3hrs
to all day (8hrs). We will have the inflatable there
between 30-60 minutes before the start time. You do not
pay for set up time. |

How far in advance do I need
to make a reservation?
We suggest 3-5 weeks prior to your event date to make
sure you get what you want. We usually have rentals
available for last minute needs. |

Is it cheaper to pick up the
inflatable ourselves?
No. We do not allow you to. Our number one goal is
customer service. Delivery, set up and take down is
included in rental price. We do this so that our
installers can do an on site inspection first to make
sure everything is done properly. We know you will have
enough to worry about getting everything else prepared
so we want to take care of the inflatable end. |

How far in advance do I need
to cancel to receive a full refund?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5
days prior to your event date. If it is less than that
we do keep the deposit. |
